Eastern Gate Baptist Church is a local body of believers who meet at 3699 N. Preston Hwy, in Shepherdsville, KY. We are an autonomous conservative Baptist church. We sing the old hymns (though we are not afraid of newer music that is doctrinally sound and glorifies God). We teach and preach from the KJV Bible. We exist to glorify our Savior, Jesus Christ. We believe that Biblical love is the “bond of perfectness” (Col. 3:14), so we strive to love the Lord, and one another, as Christ loves the Church, and gave Himself for it.
