“When the evidence is right in front of you, and you can’t see it, then you know you are blind.” The same spiritual blindness exhibited by Jewish leaders in Jesus’ day is evident today; they didn’t believe that Jesus is who He says He is. Rome did thousands upon thousands of crucifixions for their own sins. According to Josephus, Rome crucified 3,000 Jews in A.D. 7 alone. But, one crucifixion was different than all others. The sentenced One was perfectly innocent and died for my sins and your sins. Listen as Bro. Jeff brings alive the account and asks the all important question, “Have you seen what Christ did for you?”
While the darkness was coming on one, the darkness left the other. The sorcerer was not seeing anything, but the deputy saw it all. Both were in spiritual darkness, but the sorcerer gained physical darkness as well, while the deputy was delivered and found spiritual Light. Bro.
