Pastor Jeff Anders continues Elijah — God’s Praying Prophet on Sunday evening. After walking again through what happened when Elijah kept praying, and after reminding the church of eight things that do not happen if God’s people quit, this message adds a ninth: there is cleansing that just will not occur if we do not…
As we look at the dark sky, listen for the dark cry, and then the final cry – all for our salvation.
The devil deceives and distracts to keep people in spiritual darkness. Using scripture, Bro. Jeff helps us understand the spiritual blindness that brings brokenness and destruction in our lives, and for eternity. There’s hope in the light of the gospel!
When he could see, he was blind. When he was blind, he could see. Paul’s example provides illustration as Bro. Jeff clarifies in this powerful message.
What does God want for your life? Perfection. That seems impossible, but before dismissing the idea, listen as Bro. Jeff describes how God has provided what you need to reach that goal.
In the last days, hearts will be hardened, minds will be corrupted…to the point that those affected will stand firm against truth. Paul warned Timothy; Bro. Jeff warns us. Do you believe the truth? Have you experienced real salvation? Or have you gotten caught up in shallow, empty religious expression?
Tonight’s message is one of stark contrasts. Thanks to God’s provision, the lost do not have to remain in darkness, misery, and death. The Son has risen! Divine Light has come! Are you looking for the path of light, life, and peace? Listen here to learn more.
“When you reject the truth of God, all that is left is vanity. When you reject the wisdom of God, all is left is foolishness. When you reject the light of God, all that is left is darkness. This process leads to God’s judgment.” God judges societies and nations who turn from Him. Bro. Jeff outlines the four-step planting process that leads to a harvest of destruction.
What happens when a person is saved, converted, received eternal life? Nothing is more important than having the assurance of salvation from sin, and Bro. Jeff explains the first question on the test for salvation. Do you know for sure that you have been born again?
According to James, each life on this earth is just a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away. Then, we enter into eternity – our eternal destiny depends on whether we have chosen darkness or light? What is darkness? What is light? Bro. Jeff gives in-depth explanation of those two choices and the consequences of each. We pray that you choose, or have chosen, light!
