If we pray and fast, nothing in God’s will is impossible, according to Jesus. God’s protection is also a subsequent blessing. We are challenged to be more serious about the privilege of prayer.
When God’s people are diligent about God’s business of prayer, then God blesses His church, His people.
Not only spiritual, spatial, and steady, but the fellowship in the early church was supernatural. Tonight, we learn more about God’s power and the Holy Spirit’s work in the business of our Father.
If we are going to do the business of God, we must get our fellowship right. Here, we learn about the importance of assembling together for worship through thick and thin.
Experiencing real Christian fellowship, the early church provides our example of what fellowship really is and the unity that can result.
Jesus never needs redirecting; He is never distracted. Being a disciple means following His example. What does it mean to make priority Jesus and obedience to Him?
It’s not about you. It’s not about me. It’s about Christ and His will. And this Biblical truth needs to be taught to others.
