God is in control; He can and will do what He wills to do. He had a plan of salvation for a lost and sinful humanity; He sent His Son to pay our sin penalty. Jesus, God in human form, suffered a cruel, torturous death and bore the punishment for all of humanity. Jesus, in His deity, rose from death and reigns today and forever. The most important questions we will consider are these. Do we really believe it? Do we really proclaim it?
As we continue learning about the first missionary journey, we find out that John Mark backed out. Why did he do that?
